Our Quality Control Capabilities

Layout

We maintain a calibrated granite surface plate in every department for layout of tooling in process.

 
Calibrated Equipment

We maintain calibration on all our measuring instruments used in the production process by using an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab.

 
Associate Inspection/Calibration Company

ARC Machine, through its Associate Morgan Precision Instruments, manufactures specialized gauges used in the tire, tire mold and rim fabrication industries. Providing calibration and repairs on these gauges, and Contract Dimensional CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection services. MPI is L-A-B accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:1999 and is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
