With our highly trained staff, ARC Machine manufactures high quality tire molds and other types of CNC-machined parts in a variety of sizes. Working with steel, cast iron or aluminum, ARC Machine produces bladder, 2-piece, lawn and garden, passenger, light truck, off road molds and other industrial pieces up to 12 feet in diameter. ARC Machine also manufactures segmented molds and all segmented mold components including cut steel or aluminum segments.

We utilize the latest in CAD programming, giving us the edge over our competition, our CAD workstations include Unigraphics NX, Pro- Engineer, AutoCAD and Cimatron.
