教育背景:  

1983,9-1987,6  mg娱乐物理学与电子技术学院学习,获学士学位。  

1993,9-1996,6  华中科技大学物理系材料物理专业学习,获硕士学位。    

1996, 9-2000, 3 华中科技大学电子系微电子与固体电子学专业学习,获博士学位。    

2005,7-2006,8  赴英国Leeds大学材料研究所开展合作研究工作一年。  

工作经历:  

1987,7-1992,12  mg娱乐压电陶瓷研究所助教,从事材料分析与表征工作。

1993,1-1999,12  mg娱乐压电陶瓷研究所讲师,从事材料分析与表征工作。

2000,1-2002,12 mg娱乐物理学与电子技术学院副教授,从事教学科研工作。

2003,1-2005,6  mg娱乐物理学与电子技术学院教授/副院长,从事教学科研工作。

2005,7-2006,8  赴英国Leeds大学材料研究所开展合作研究工作。    

2006,9-至今   mg娱乐教授/博士生导师,湖北省政府专项津

研究领域:

(1)   铁电铁磁功能材料及应用:研究铁电、压电及铁磁薄膜的制备技术、结构表征及电学磁学性质。研究多种稀土离子掺杂的铁电薄膜及粉体的发光特性,开发红外非接触式温度传感器、热释电红外探测器阵列、铁电隧道结存储器、多铁隧道结存储器等。  

(2)   光伏材料与器件:研究新型薄膜太阳能电池材料、硅基光伏材料与构件、光伏发电并网技术、光伏发电信息化管理与只能调度、储能材料与器件等。  

(3)   纳米材料及应用:研究TiO2ZnO等宽禁带半导体纳米材料的可控生长技术、微观结构形态表征及其在光催化、光伏等技术领域的应用。

2002年以来,主讲了本科生《固体物理》、《薄膜物理》、《半导体物理》等课程,主讲了研究生专业课程《固体物理》、《铁电物理学》等课程;十年来,共指导本科生800余人,指导硕士研究生100余人,博士研究生9人。为本科学生做科技前沿讲座5次,为mg娱乐的人才培养作出了贡献。
