Machine, is a machine shop that offers many types of CNC machining capabilities,
including (but not limited to) mold manufacture and repair to various industries
throughout the world via large capacity, live spindle CNC
machining and turning centers (up to 12 ft. in diameter). We
work with the state-of-the-art 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines utilizing Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain
controllers. Our success in the industry is due to our
incorporation of high-tech manufacturing equipment and
keeping up with machining technology, in conjunction with
employing a team of
highly trained and experienced die makers, mold makers and a professional

latest in machining technology.
ARC Machine produces high quality tire
molds and other industrial CNC-machined parts in a
variety of shapes and configurations, including the capability to manufacture large
scale components. We work with
steel, cast iron or aluminum.
ARC Machine Inc. was founded
in 1981 by Josef and George Koberlein, at present operates out of a modern
75,000
sq. ft. facility and currently employs approximately 70 associates.

Additionally, ARC Machine, through its associate
company Morgan
Precision Instruments, manufactures specialized gauges used in industrial
applications (primarily in the Tire and Rim industries).
Morgan Precision Instruments also provides calibration and
repairs on inspection gauges, CMM scanning, and Contract Dimensional CMM Inspection services. MPI
is L-A-B accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:1999 and certified to the ISO 9001:2000
standard.
